Mr. Ayodele S. Omoboyowa
Operations Manager, Hotel Solutions Consultancy Services Nig. Ltd.

Mr Ayodele Omoboyowa was born on the 29th October, 1975 in Ileoluji, Okeigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State. He had his primary education at Cherubim and Seraphim Primary School and Secondary education at Orere Grammar School, both in Ileoluji.

He gained admission into Lagos State Polytechnic where he bagged Higher National Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management as the best student of the 2002/2003 set.

After his National Diploma he worked as a baker at Twinkle Foods, Lagos before he was promoted to the position of a supervisor in less than six months. After one and half years with Twinkle Foods, he later proceeded for his Higher National Diploma. While in school, he won the Federal Government Scholarship Award at HND level.

He was the President of Hotel and Catering Management Students Association while in school and created a mini library for the department. Later, he was posted to Bauchi as youth corps member at Aliss Hamdala Hotel and opened a restaurant for the Hotel.

During his youth service year he attended a computer literacy class where he had Diploma in Computer Studies at Compusoft Institute of Information Technology, Bauchi.

After his youth service, he spent a month at Home Away Suite in Lagos as the Supervisor before moving to Harmony Castle Hotel, which is also in Lagos, as Hotel Supervisor with four Departmental Heads under his supervision (Food & Beverages, Front Office, House-Keeping & Administrative Heads).

As a result of his passion for human resource development, he instituted a monthly training programme for staff and made provision for giving awards to the best employee every month.

He later joined the work force of the high rising Hotel Solutions Consultancy Services Nigeria Limited as the Operations Manager.
